Shipping Policy

1. Delivery of Digital Products

When you purchase any product from Medhavi Classes, you receive instant or scheduled digital access to:

• Online Courses: Access to video lectures, live classes, recorded sessions – delivered via your registered account on our platform.
• Past JEE Papers with Step‑wise Solutions: Delivered as downloadable PDFs or viewable online in your dashboard.
• Instructional Video Library: Streaming access through our website/app.
• Study Materials & Mock Tests: Digital files (PDF, interactive quizzes) accessible immediately.

No physical shipment will be made. You will never receive a package, courier, or postal delivery from us.

2. How & When You Get Access

• Automatic (Instant) Delivery: For most products (self‑purchase via website), access is granted immediately after successful payment. You can log in to your account and start learning within minutes.
• Email Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with login instructions and direct links.
• Manual Delivery (rare): If a course requires manual enrolment (e.g., bulk purchase, coupon redemption), delivery will be completed within 24 hours during business days. You will be notified by email.
• Scheduled Live Classes: Access links and schedules are provided via email / dashboard at least 2 days before the first session.

Note: We do not use any courier or postal service. All delivery happens digitally. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see our emails.

3. No Physical Address Required for Delivery

Since we ship nothing physically, we do not require your postal address for delivery. The only information needed is your email address and name for account creation. Your registered office address (Gurunath Traders, Harmu Housing Colony, Ranchi) is our legal address, not a shipping warehouse.

If you enter a shipping address during checkout, it will be ignored because there is no physical product to ship.

4. Legal Compliance (Consumer Protection Act, 2019)

Under the Consumer Protection (E‑Commerce) Rules, 2020, we clearly disclose that our goods are digital only. No “shipping” in the traditional sense applies. Delivery is deemed complete once you receive access credentials or the digital content is made available on your account. The time of delivery is the timestamp of access grant.

If you face non‑delivery (e.g., no access even after 48 hours of payment), please contact us immediately – such cases are covered under our Refund Policy.

5. International Access

Our digital products are accessible worldwide. No customs, duties, or international shipping fees apply because there is no physical shipment. You only need an internet connection.

6. If You Haven’t Received Digital Access

In case you don’t see the purchased content in your account within 24 hours (or the promised time), please:

1. Check your spam/junk folder for our emails.
2. Log in to your account at www.medhaviclasses.com and visit “My Courses” / “Downloads”.
3. If still missing, email support@medhaviclasses.com with your order ID and payment receipt.

We will resolve the issue within 24-48 hours. This is a service issue, not a “shipping delay”.
