1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website www.medhaviclasses.com (the “Platform”), mobile applications, or any services provided by Medhavi Classes (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

These T&C constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Student”, “Parent/Guardian”) and Medhavi Classes. For minors (under 18 years), these T&C are deemed accepted by your parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for your use of the Platform.

2. Our Services

Medhavi Classes is an EdTech platform specialising in IIT JEE (Main & Advanced) preparation. We provide:

• Online Training: Live and recorded lectures, doubt-solving sessions, mock tests.
• Past JEE Papers with Step‑wise Solutions: Access to solved papers (20+ years) with detailed, logical step‑by‑step explanations.
• Instructional Video Library: Concept videos, problem‑solving walkthroughs for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics.
• Free & Paid Resources: Study notes, formula sheets, topic tests (free tier) and premium modules, personalised mentorship, advanced test series (paid tier).

All services are subject to availability and may be modified, upgraded, or discontinued at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.

3. User Registration & Account

To access certain features (e.g., paid courses, premium resources), you must register and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@medhaviclasses.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these T&C or any applicable law.

4. Payments, Pricing & Refund Policy

All fees for paid courses/resources are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Payments are processed through third‑party gateways (Razorpay) that comply with RBI guidelines.

• No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our content (videos, PDFs, step‑wise solutions), all purchases are non‑refundable except as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (e.g., service not delivered).
• Refund Exceptions: If a paid course is permanently discontinued without replacement, you may receive a pro‑rata refund. Duplicate payments will be refunded within 7–10 business days after verification.
• Subscription Cancellation: For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle; no refunds for the current active period.

Note: Free resources remain free as long as they are offered; we may move certain resources to paid tiers with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform – including but not limited to video lectures, step‑wise JEE solutions, instructional videos, question banks, mock tests, graphics, logos, and text – is the exclusive property of Medhavi Classes or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright laws (Copyright Act, 1957), trademark laws, and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non‑commercial educational purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works.
• Screen‑record, download (except offline features explicitly provided), or share login credentials.
• Use our content for commercial training, coaching classes, or any revenue‑generating activity without written consent.

Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6. User Conduct & Prohibitions

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian laws.
• Post or transmit any harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
• Attempt to bypass security measures, introduce malware, or disrupt the Platform.
• Impersonate another person or provide false information.
• Share answers or cheat during any test or assessment – such behaviour will lead to permanent ban.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that:

• Your use will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.
• Any specific results (e.g., IIT JEE selection) will be achieved – success depends on individual effort.
• Past JEE paper solutions are error‑free; while we strive for accuracy, we recommend cross‑verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Medhavi Classes, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of preparation. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these T&C or any applicable law. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends, and we may delete your account data as per our Privacy Policy. You may terminate your account by contacting support.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these T&C from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the website.
